Softvision acquires digital transformation company Arrow Digital

Digital transformation software developer Softvision has acquired Arrow Digital for an undisclosed amount.

The deal was completed to add more talent and capabilities to its robotic process automation (RPA) and big data and analytics offerings, in order to provide financial services with more powerful tools.

This acquisition will also add four additional locations to its global network of 23 studios.

Founded in 2015, Arrow Digital is an IP-driven custom software development platform focused on building RPA and deep experience to the financial services, education and non-profit verticals. The company, which also helps with cloud technology development and digital transformation, provides a solution to automate back-office tasks.

Arrow Digital founder and managing partner Ryan Morgan said, “Partnering with a world-class digital service provider like Softvision and growing our network of efficient delivery centres for even greater scale enables us to innovate our services faster while accelerating client deliveries.”

Softvision leverages a network of studios to help enterprises move towards digitisation, improving their staff, optimising processes and implementing new technology. The company has more than 2,800 product, design and engineering staff members across its 27 studios, which span 11 countries, to provide various types of innovation.

Services include product development, software engineering, intelligent automation, data management and optimisation, merchandising and analytics.

Last week, Siemens AG completed a $750m cash deal to acquire digital transformation company Mendix in a bid to improve both of their digital offerings.
