The partnership  is aimed at transforming the employee experience and fostering market growth in Saudi Arabia. It combines resal’s extensive knowledge of digital rewards in the region with Xoxoday’s innovative employee engagement and recognition solutions.

Xoxoday is a rapidly growing FinTech SaaS firm that focuses on propelling business growth while emphasising human motivation. With a suite of three products – Plum, Empuls, and Compass – Xoxoday serves over 2000 clients across 10+ countries and over 2.5m users worldwide. resal is a leading Saudi company specialising in digital card solutions, rewards programs, and loyalty programs. The collaboration aims to combine Xoxoday Empuls’ employee engagement solution with resal’s network of corporate rewards in Saudi Arabia, to deliver exceptional employee engagement strategies.
