Atelier collaborates with HubSpot to enhance lending customer experience

Development lender, Atelier, has partnered with renowned software firm, HubSpot, to launch an innovative customer experience platform aimed at streamlining and personalising each borrower’s journey. This strategic move underscores Atelier’s commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and overall operational efficiency.

The essence of the partnership is rooted in the ambition to revolutionise the lending process, making it more customer-centric. Both Atelier and HubSpot recognise the importance of understanding each borrower’s unique needs, leading to the creation of this bespoke platform.

Atelier, a key player in the development lending sector, specialises in providing loans tailored to individual borrower’s requirements. HubSpot, on the other hand, is a global leader in customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing software, enabling businesses to better connect with their customers.

The platform developed utilises HubSpot’s technology, customised by Inbound FinTech’s digital designers for Atelier. It compiles comprehensive information about property developers’ preferences, portfolios, and past borrowing activities, facilitating Atelier in determining their financial needs and priorities.

This new platform marks Atelier’s latest investment in enhancing its technological capabilities. The decision follows Atelier’s previous refinements to the application process which greatly improved borrower experience and boosted efficiency, reducing the number of questions applicants had to answer by a staggering 76%.

Simon Dawson, head of technology at Atelier, praised the new platform saying, “Our new customer experience platform enables us to understand and serve our customers better. The insights it brings will improve the way we engage both with our borrowers and our network of intermediaries, supporting the personal relationships that we value so highly.” He further added, “This is another strategic investment in tech that we’re making for the long term. It gives us the ability to optimise every customer’s experience of working with Atelier and deliver finance solutions that are precisely tailored to their needs.”

Alex Jerenic, HubSpot specialist at Inbound Fintech, also commented, “The platform has been carefully configured to optimise the way Atelier engages with all its customers, and to strengthen its relationships with both borrowers and brokers.”
