VastAdvisor, the AI-powered Organic Growth OS for wealth management firms, has closed a $1m SAFE funding round backed by senior figures from across the FinTech industry.
The fresh capital will be directed towards speeding up the company’s product development and supporting its go-to-market strategy.
The round was led by Dani Fava, chief strategy officer at Carson Group, Jason Pereira, CFP, senior partner at Woodgate Financial, and Sally George, partner at Convergency Partners.
Since launching at Future Proof Citywide earlier this year, VastAdvisor has begun forming enterprise partnerships and is preparing to scale its reach among registered investment advisors (RIAs), broker-dealers and wealth platforms.
The company is positioning itself around a growth infrastructure category that focuses on winning new assets rather than managing existing ones, an area it argues has been overlooked within wealth management.
Its platform brings together AI-based audience intelligence, campaign orchestration, compliance automation and ongoing performance optimisation within one self-improving system.
VastAdvisor’s technology relies on AI models fine-tuned using firm-specific data, helping firms sharpen their targeting and messaging while lowering acquisition costs and reinforcing compliance standards.
The company points to the limitations of referral-based growth and third-party lead brokers, which it says fail to provide firms with ownable leads or a dependable method of generating them, arguing that its system allows every campaign to improve, every dollar invested to compound, and every decision to remain governed from the outset.
