Ushur and Guidewire collaborate to elevate claims experience with new apps

Ushur, a leading provider of AI-powered Customer Experience Automation that enables end-to-end automated customer journeys, and Guidewire, which offers digital, core, analytics, and machine learning solutions for P&C insurers, have announced the availability of Ushur’s new validated accelerators for ClaimCenter users in the Guidewire Marketplace.

This collaboration aims to enhance claimants’ experiences by enabling insurers to deliver digital, self-serve customer experiences through Ushur’s intuitive accelerators for ClaimCenter. The partnership will help automate claims workflows, improve claimant satisfaction, and facilitate two-way communication between insurers and claimants.

Guidewire, trusted by over 500 insurers in 38 countries, offers a platform that combines digital, core, analytics, and machine learning. With over 1,000 successful projects, Guidewire has established itself as a provider of solutions that drive business value and innovation for insurers.

On the other hand, Ushur’s AI-powered Customer Experience Automation platform is designed to offer delightful, hyper-personalised customer experiences. Their secure, no-code, cloud-native SaaS platform combines Conversational Automation and Knowledge Work Automation and is utilised by leading healthcare and insurance companies across the globe.

With Ushur’s accelerators for ClaimCenter, insurers can quickly launch pre-built digital customer experiences, securely gather sensitive claims data, and improve overall satisfaction. These accelerators also allow proactive communication with claimants if needed, marking a significant advancement in customer interaction.

The Guidewire PartnerConnect ecosystem, the largest in the P&C industry, hosts over 180 solution partners and provides over 195 integrations in the Guidewire Marketplace.
